First the problems started about two weeks before our wedding. I called to confirm our reservation and discovered they did not reserve the limousine we had specifically asked for. After some aggravation, the company said they would ?call around? and see what they could do. Later they called and said that we would have the limousine we originally requested with no problem. The company had originally told us we had to reserve the limo for a minimum of three hours and we understood that. However, the day of the wedding, Elite tried to tell us it is a one way trip and that they would not stop by my house for us to leave our wedding attire. They told my fianc that they had a prom to do that night and had to get back. They claimed they told my fianc that when he reserved the limousine. This is simply not true. Besides, we had rented the limo for the minimum of three hours so they should not have scheduled another event during the time we had paid for. Eventually, they said they would stop.
