Pigeons are carriers of many types of microbes. Their droppings are very acidic and will damage paint as well as carry disease. Pigeon dust from droppings can cause health issues in humans for years to come. Squirrels are probably the biggest nuisance animal. Like all rodents they must constantly chew to keep their teeth cut short, if this happens in your home to your electrical wires the results can be devasting, sometimes resulting in fire.

Amenities

I offer a money back guarantee. If the problem animal/reptile cannot be captured or excluded there is no trapping fee. Other fees may apply though so please ask and I will gladly go over this prior to any work. In the very near future I will be offering trap rentals for the "do it yourself" person. Credit cards will also be accepted shortly.
