I have used Bay State Disposal many times over the last few years. They have great customer service and have always been reliable. They always have someone in the office to answer questions and their website is easy to navigate through for information. I would highly recommend using Bay State Disposal!

Beware of this company if anything goes wrong. Long story short, after the driver surveyed the site to make sure his truck had clearance my basement window was broken. The driver assured me that the office would take care of it. The office told me to send them pictures of the damage and an estimate for the cost of replacing the window. After submitting both to them they repeatedly told me that someone would call me back. Nobody ever called back. This went on for two months with several phone calls never returned. They refused to give me the name of their insurance company. I submitted a claim on my home owners insurance. They have tried contacting Bay State to obtain the name of their insurance company. Bay State refuses to call my insurance agents back or to give them the name of their insurance company. You can tell a lot more about a company with how they handle things that go wrong. This is a company that should not be trusted.
