I hired a crew of 4 to move a 2 bd/2 ba apartment. It was scheduled for 10am. They arrived at 8:30 with no warning. My wife reviewed the estimate and handed each mover a pre-loading tip to encourage a quick move. I arrived about 10am to find less than half of my stuff loaded. Two movers were young and clearly inexperienced. During loading, at least one person was always on a break and there were several complaints about items being too heavy. They disagreed about how to carry and pack several items. One of them stated jovially these young guys are moving slow. Concerned, I called the company to prepare them for an inevitable complaint if the move took much longer. They told me they would have dispatch hurry them up. When they finally closed the truck door, almost 5 hours had passed and there were still multiple items in the apartment. When they were late arriving at the new place I called the company again to formally complain. When they finally arrived, the driver hands me his phone with the manager on the phone. I thought he was calling for customer service but he was only calling to verify payment. He was dismissive and became increasingly rude. I told him I would be filing a complaint and I wanted my belongings unloaded as soon as possible. At almost 2:00, he set the end time of 2:30. I reminded the movers about the tip. The experienced mover criticized the younger guys for their speed, strategy and ability. At 2:30pm there were a few items still on the truck. The driver announced the time and stopped working. The others brought in the remaining items but left them in the floor. We noted on the contract that the bed and crib were not reassembled so we could not confirm any damage. After an unnecessarily long debate, the driver signed and they left. Later we found multiple damaged items including damage to the walls in the house, which will likely cost me my security deposit. The customer service experience was horrible. I may not have been as angry with this move had the manager shown the least bit of concern about the customer experience. When we are paying for a service during an already stressful event like moving, a simple caring interaction with the company can go a long way. In addition, it would be helpful for a consumer to know that the staff they are hiring is young and inexperienced. If I had known that then I would have been prepared for the timing of the move.

just completed my FOURTH move with Bargain Moving Inc. and once again, they are hands down the best moving company around. I am so happy I found them. Darrell and his team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They worked incredibly hard and finished the entire move in 3 hours flat! The team packed my antique desk extremely well and made sure there wasn't a scratch on anything I owned. They were polite and courteous as always, i.e. calling me "sir" and using words like "please" and "thank you" and made the entire experience a pleasant one. Within an hour of submitting an online inquiry on their site, I not only had a (non-automated) email with quote specifics, but a follow up phone call.

Mark is who I talked to from the beginning, and I was surprised later to find out that he wasn't just someone who worked there. This was his company! He had a vested interest in each and every client.

He worked out the type of move that would work best for what we had available to pay - and even came in under budget! Super considerate of our time and resources.

We highly recommend this company - honest and hard working people!!!

A female contacted me and she was very pleasant and understanding during the holiday time, which allowed me to just say yes to her and to continue with my move. The moving crew was respectful of my things and had it moved where I wanted it. They were very flexible with the storage company where my furniture was being kept in. It was overall pleasant and a good work. It was easy, and I wasn’t stressful with Bargain Moving INC. The billing process was easy and flexible. I didn’t get multiple phone calls and emails, which I appreciate because during that time of transitioning and settling, there’s a lot going on. It was really easy to work with them. I would definitely recommend Bargain Moving Inc. again.

I am so happy with the price, I cannot believe how expensive it can be to move. I used Bargain Moving Inc. and would absolutely recommend them!!!! We hired bargain moving purely based on Yelp reviews. We sold our house in Maricopa, AZ and moved to an apartment in Chandler, AZ while our new house in Gilbert gets completed. The crew consisting of Boukary, luis, and Thomas came in, saw where everything was and got to work. They moved quickly, were able to move successfully two Sleep Number Beds (one of which was on an adjustable frame) and lots of loose items that had not been packed.

When we got to the apartment complex in Chandler, they carefully moved everything exactly where we asked them to. Some items went into storage here at the complex and other items went into the apartment. They put our Sleep Number Beds back together correctly and completed the move in a very reasonable amount of time.

This is a very professional company that treated our precious belongings as though our belongings were theirs! We are looking forward to having the same crew, (Boukary, Luis and Thomas) do our second move from these apartments into our new house in Gilbert once it is completed.

I am quite picky when it comes to people handling my belongings and I am VERY SATISFIED with Bargain Moving. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone contemplating a move in Arizona.

the movers were fine at first and seemed courteous promise to wrap items but didn't I had a 2100$ mattress and they dragged it on the doorway as they were taking it out of the house. they asked to stop at the gas station to get a drink but it was on my time that I was paying for instead of stopping the time charge. they also o dragged and placed that mattress on the cement floor of my storage unit when they said they were going to place a blanket down. while unloading they broke one of my bookcases in half and stole 800$ dollars worth of workout equipment. it took a week of calling on my part and promises of call backs but no call backs on their part then they tell me that I have to file with the police and to keep them out of it so I am out of 800$ worth of my unused new workout equipment and also they charged me 40$ for plastic wrap that they barely used and didn't even leave they charge me for the roll and didn't even leave me the roll. and they will not reimburse me and it was charged in their system but on my receipt it doesn't show the charge for the plastic wrap.

these people are thieve and liars and do not meet any expectations they are not worth the trouble
