I recently had the pleasure of visiting 1st International Auto in my neighborhood, and I must say, my experience was exceptional.
Ivan and Rhonda were incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist me in getting a car for my small business and financing it. They were respectful of my budget constraints and shared vehicle history reports and maintenance records for every car I was interested in. This level of honesty and integrity is something I greatly appreciate, as I initially felt hesitant about going to a small dealership.

If I could rate them a zero, I would! I have listed the many issues below... 1) I opted for financing through them. Not only did it take them 2 weeks to get back to me but they also tried to charge me an extra $1000 in unknown fees to do it. I ended up putting it on a credit card to avoid this mysterious fee. 2) I finally bought the car and within 2 miles of driving it off the lot, the gas light came on! It was already on empty. 3) The oil was so low and dirty that within the first 5 days, I had to go get an oil change. 4) The same night I bought it, the check engine light came on. I had to replace the entire thermostat & housing - over $700 for this. 5) There was a shaking in the wheel that was not there when I first test drove it. The owner of the shop, Andrei told me he replaced the front arm to fix this issue but whenever I got over 50 MPH, it shook uncontrollably. I had to get an alignment, balance and rotation on my tires. Another out of pocket cost of over $200. When I brought all of this to Andrei's attention, he told me that I over paid and that the company who did the repairs ripped me off. I verified these costs after and trust me - I did not over pay! He said he was not responsible for the problems and would not assist with any of the payment. I bought a car from him for $7995 and had to put over $1000 in to it the first week. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS GROUP!! Lesson learned and I would not recommend them to anyone! They will rip you off and trust me, the car may look amazing but as soon as it is yours, the true colors will come out.
