We scheduled both our girl dogs to be fixed. We asked if we needed to wait because our largest was in heat. They said no it would just cost more. After dropping off the dogs, I get a phone call about not telling them one was in heat. I informed them that we did. I was told fixing them in heat was very dangerous, So, of course, I said then don't do it. I love my babies. I go to pick up the dogs. The smallest was now fixed. I am informed that they decided to cut all the hair off the face of my shih zu and her paws. They acted like I was abusing my dogs and that was the final straw. These are the rudest people that I have ever met. My animals are my family!! My shih zu looks like a first grader cut her hair, and my permission for touching her hair was never given. When this was Town and Country, our animals received quality care. Now I will not be returning.
