years ago, going down n. cleveland at night, i noticed the lights on in a small car repair. loving the vietnamese people, when my plymouth needed transaxles, i took it in. i met thong. he gave me a price. i bought the parts. he put the transaxles in. i asked him how much. he told me. i gave him cash. he told me "..if it doesn't work, bring the car back.."! i liked the honesty, and strong character, of this man right away! his wife speaks good english. thong knows all cars, and, every condition. i have taken my son's kia sephia to him with an upper engine noise. thong told me to raise the hood. raise the rpms. . he listened. he told me "..all cars made like this sound this way. it is the cam assembly..." he was, of course, right. he diagnoses by going over the car as a doctor would diagnose you by looking at you, and, listening to your symptoms. he is a "mechanic's mechanic"!
