I recently moved a dear friend of mine from the St Peters Manor. I had it inspected by two ladies in order to her deposit back. Those two ladies told me that I done everything required in to get back (in full) her deposit. No one contacted me after over a month so I called them. They said that there was a mix up and they would be sending a check soon.No check no call. Called them back and they said they had fixed the problem and a check would arrive soon. No call, no check so I called them. They said it would be out very soon.I inquired of the amount and she proceeded to list my refund with charge for what they had to do (nothing). I contested it and told her I would report such shabby work ethic. I got a reduced rate.For those considering St Peters Manor, please look elsewhere. First hand I know the way they have treated residents in just such a manor as this over and over again.
