Helping sellers who want to relocate, downsize or upsize, plus helping sellers who are upside down on their mortgage and need someone to quide them though the options that they have by showing them how to contact their lender and what to say to their lender, do a deed in lieu, etc. Banks will also work with me when I list homes because they do not want the home back if it ends up going thought foreclosure and they will do a short sale to sell it quickly.
