I hired Middleton to relocate the outside units on an addition I was the contractor. I hired them because the had recently installed the system for my client. I was impressed with all aspects the their work.

This is a HORRIBLE excuse for a company ... incredibly incompetent and irresponsible. Installed a simple replacement ac system that continually leaks and sends foul odor throughout all the ducts. Pretends they are "working on a solution" but never follow-up or correct the problem. I'd call someone off of Craigslist before I'd call this outfit -- ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

I echo the previous comment on the service you get from this company. I had nothing but issues with the install and it took multiple people multiple times to address what turned out to be the simplest of issues. My suggestion would be to look elsewhere if you are looking for a customer service, overall satisfaction type company. If you want to be stood up on appointments, rearrange your schedule to accomodate the multiple times it will take to fix your problems, to be asked to accept the issue while they talk to 3rd parties to cover parts under warranty instead of just fixing it and worrying about the warranty later, leaking duct work all over the place from their fear of using mastic, and ignored emails and calls when you are still looking for clarification and issues with overall comfort...then this is the company for you.

Middleton installed our entire HVAC system less about 1.5 years ago, and it broke over the last weekend. We have had the same technician sent to our house almost every day this week, and he has only broken it further. The a/c guy was completely wrong, left safety switches taped into an off position, cut the tape that sealed the system - so now it leaks, and left several grommets out so that now both cool air and condensation are leaking out of the system. We were sent an inexperienced, UNSAFE technician who left our a/c system in an ineffective, UNSAFE manner.



I called the company this morning and asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told that there was no supervisor available because the company's owner is out of town. Middleton offered to send out the same repair man who has broken our system all week long. I said send him if you want, but he'd better arrive with a supervisor. I was again told there wasn't one available. I wasn't even allowed to speak with a supervisor on the phone, and they refused to send one to my house until Monday.

When I called to speak to a supervisor, the receptionist refused to let me talk to anyone who worked there except for her. This company is unsafe and has horrible customer service.
