Don't bother calling them after hours or over the weekend if your furnace goes out, even in the winter, because they'll tell you to call back Monday(or the next business day). You tell me you won't come repair my furnace in the dead of winter when temps have been dipping into the negatives? You don't ever get another call from me. Ever.
