Poor customer service when you show up to the drive-thru at 8:52 to get your daughter's medicine there's one car ofyou when they finally get them served at 9:02 u pull up to the window they shut the screen in your face and say sorry were closed you explain to them that you were there at 8:52 sitting right behind that car waiting they could see my truck and hear my truck because it's a diesel I told them I needed my daughter's medicine and she said with a smart attitude I'm sorry but we're closed

I'm new to this area & needed a CVS Pharmacy because Caremark is my prescription carrier. I found a 24 hr CVS & began using it. I can't begin to count the bad service I received there and my doctors as well. I used the CVS where I lived before & never had any issues - never. I found this CVS on hwy 81 E, McDonough, and it has been so refreshing to walk into a CVS where the front end employees speak, there hasn't been any mix up with my prescriptions & a Pharmacist actually took time to speak to me about a new medication I was prescribed. This is the level of service I am accustom to from CVS and i want to thank the staff. It had become so stressful dealing with the other CVS that I literally got sick if I had to deal with them. My former CVS, store 2081 in Alpharetta was very similar to the hwy 81 E CVS. No person should be put through the horrible experience I endured with the 24 hr CVS in McDonough.
