We will treat it with the dedication and respect it deserves!*We will help to make it a once-in-a-lifetime event. *Our mission is to take the burden of organizing the bar off of your shoulders. We will ensure optimum service to make your event perfect. *We will provide our own portable bar and arrangements for stocking the bar are negotiable on a case-to-case basis. *You will be able to enjoy your event worry free! Bar Options: -All Options Include a free Consultation- 1. Open bar - host provides supplies Client signs a contract ensuring that RGVCheers2you will bartend the event. Client receives a detailed list of materials to purchase for the event; everything from ice to juices to cups to brand names of liquor will be adressed 2. Closed bar - host provides supplies Client provides all supplies and charges guests per drink (TABC permit required) 3. Open bar --we bring our supplies Cheers2You buys all supplies to stock bar and brings them to event -- least stressful for client! 4. Closed bar - we bring our supplies Cheers2You brings everything and charges per drink. (TABC permit required) Pricing: Host provides alcohol: *RGVCheers2You charges $25 per hour per bartender (including 1 hour to set up/pack up bar.) *Additional fee for cups, ice, juices, etc. *RGVCheers2You will provide the bar itself, and all other professional material for bar. *You will have no worries! All you will buy is the alcohol, let us do the rest! RGVCheers2You provides drinks: *RGVCheers2You charges $15 per hour per bartender (including 1 hour to set up/pack up bar). *Following consultation, RGVCheers2you will buy all supplies and ensure that they are delivered to event. *Prices will be marked up slightly for delivery Event dates are being booked quickly!
