The center is pretty but very deceiving. Having my father there for 2 weeks our family has seen hardly any care by the staff but had left him depressed, Urine left on a windowsill for days, garbage overflowing, filthy linens on the bedding and accidents of wetting the bed since the staff does not respond within 15 minutes. There were eldery people in the hallways crying or yelling with staff again responding. If you consider this facility, look beyond the curtains and the carpet. Our family was mortified with dad's care and are waiting now for 2 days trying to get dad released since the doctor in charge of care ( who we have never met in 2 weeks) is unable to be contacted.
