This place is ridiculous! They have reasonable prices but there is a reason for it. The whole place is a mess and it smells terrible! I was in the back to get my dog after boarding and it was freezing, my dog was filthy when I picked him up and the workers are unprofessional. Would not recommend. I'm not sure how this place passed an inspection.. Save your money and find another boarding facility.

Have had my cocker spaniel to PetSmart and several groomers. She does the best job on my baby. Prices are better responsible, lots better than PetSmart. As far as cleanliness, it's a kennel, there are dog and cat spells. Groomer is not overly friendly, but she gets the job done and that's what I'm paying for. Not socializing. Lol. I believe she truly loves animals tho.

If you care about your pet, do NOT take them here! Everytime we ever took our dog there to be groomed, the groming itself was fine, but the place is filthy, stinks to high heaven, & looks like it is never cleaned. There are cats everywhere, & the place smells like a litter box that has never been scooped out. I hate to think what the back looks like where the dogs are boarded. If it is this dirty where the customers can see, what does it look like where we dont see? I would never leave my animal in a place like this. If they cant keep their business area clean & sanitized, they obviously dont care about their reputation! The odor is overwhelming. We quit taking our dog there 1 year ago. I doubt it has changed. It was this way for several years, so I dont think it bothers them. Prices were ok for grooming, but the place itself was nauseating!! Save your $$, & go somewhere more professional. I dont see how her license is renewed. If I were the inspector, it would have to be closed.
