      General Info
      The Twelve offers a full range of out-of-home, assessment, counseling and aftercare services to meet the special needs of youth and their families. It is licensed by the Ohio Department of Job & Family Services and is certified by the Ohio Department of Mental Health. It offers a variety of services, such as specialized foster care, mid-range foster care, treatment foster care, group home, independent living and adoption. It also provides kinship mentoring program that assist the caregiver in obtaining needed services, provide guidance and discipline, enhance functioning level of the youth, provide recreational and leisure activities, and teach child coping and mediation skills. Founded in 1965, The Twelve is the member of the Foster Family-Based Treatment Association and is located in Massillon, Ohio.
