These folks use poor quality products, the craftsmanship is poor, and the service is the worst. The initial install took forever because the first worker quit and no one followed up to see if he had done any work. A portion of our ductwork had to be replaced by a seperate company because it busted open. Our air conditioning failed three times over a period of three months during the summer because they keept using inferior parts. And recently we called to have the furnace fixed and haven't gotten a response as of two days ago. So unless you have an affinity for extreme temperatures and camping out at your in-laws I wouldn't recommend this company. I have to say the last guy they sent out was very helpful, informative, and made strides to make it right. But my gut tells me that they have a difficult time retaining good workers like this.
