Ray from eds trans. Is one of most unprofessional I've ever met at a place of business. He states that he owns the shop and has done many jobs.. don't let his "minor" customer service fool u after he gets paid u get no kind of empathy. He overcharges and the work on my truck was well under par.. he had my truck for a rebuild for 3 weeks!! Because he couldn't get the part in quick enough, he gave me 4 deadlines which all of which was not met and when I brought up the incomplete job he had done he said it was not neccesary.. oh did I forget Eds Trans is NOT part of the Better Besiness Bureu (BBB). Please do not give hime your business it is not worth it.. if I could have do it over again I wouldn't even consider this place if it was the last shop in the state.

After calling multiple shops in my area, Ray at Ed's transmission seemed most knowledgable. He got my Caravan in right away and diagnoised the problem to be only a speed sensor, Great news after other shops told me i needed a 3000$ transmission rebuild!! I highly recommend using Ed's and im happy to know i have an honest shop to use in the future!

Ed's transmission in Marysville is a horrible place to go to get your vehicle looked at and fixed. Besides their lack of customer service and going way beyond their estimate, the part they allegedly "fixed" on our jeep broke again not two weeks later. We were from out of town and they didn't even call us to let us know they had finished their work on our jeep. Not to mention, they said they would leave it out for us after business hours (because we work and are from far away) and we drove all the way down and it was still in the shop! Inconsiderate. They didn't give us one iota of respect and expected us to shell out more than their estimate for a job they didn't do. Please don't go to these people for your transmission repairs, your vehicle and wallet are better off elsewhere.

Outstanding work. Very detailed explanaton of what was wrong with my trainie and what my options were. Ray and his techs had me back on the road in no time. I would refer Ed's in Marysville to anyone.

Highly recommend. Excellent customer service and professional. Took my vehicle to Ed's after being turned away by two other places offering the same service. Bill was the same as original quote. Very happy!
