They treat their residents terribly, and are extremely overpriced for the quality they provide. Old fixtures, plumbing issues... it took almost two months before I could actually take a hot shower, due to their lack of concern in fixing a broken hot water heater.

Not worth 1200 per month, that's for sure.

ghetto

No stars. This site requires at least one star but Pheasant run deseres nothing. Section 8 "HUD" style living. All the new tenants moving in are scums and the people who run this craphole are uneducated high school drop outs. They overcharge you for housing project living. Do yourself a favor, try a better place.

WOrst of the worst

The management is the worst we've seen. Rude from head to toe. We've been waiting for over a week to get things fixed. According to them , they are always doing emergency work. Its 500 units and 2 maintenace personnel (according to what she told us ). We asked them "dont you even read reviews about yourself " , to which she repllied - "WE DONT CARE !!". Thats the managerment that sits just to get the rent . We are out of here .

They dont deserve even one star

If you're on a budget and can put up with crappiness, go for these apartments

Rent in April 2006 went from 550 (6mth lease) to currently 645/mth (1 year lease) for a 1 bedroom. Service / maintenance used to be good in 2006 but has since gone down the drain. A toilet flapper is only $4.69 tax included and they are too cheap to replace that to help stop my toilet from refilling every 15 - 30 minutes. Also the kinds of people who stay here are losers (myself also crappy and stupid enough for staying here this long)... crack smoking college kids and lots of smokers.
