Ive been shoppibg at the marshall ingles almost 3 years and enjoyed the small town atmosphere and until recently the people.I am disabled young adult and often in alot of pain so the smaller store appeals to me.I go about everyday.Ive had some issues with one of the checkput ladies and for the life of me can not figure out if i upset her to the point i feel i can no longer shop there.i went thru tje self checkout yesterday and used vash which i never do.I was distracted by the mam in front of me who was clearly intoxicated and kept putting his beer on my scale which in turn made my experiance a little aggravating but i got thru it.O was ready to pay i used a 20.00 and still distracted by the gentleman in front of me who was having a equally hard time using a debit card and was needing the attentants help for every step of his item accidently forgot my change.I could not have been outside for any more than 3min when i realized what i had done.upon retirning back to the attendant who "openly dispizes" me and tell her of my problem.She offers no Help ,she does not tell me theres a trash can on both sides of her ..at this point i approach the first manegar tell my issue she also offers no help so i leave and try locating my reciept by checking tradh cans.with no luck i find the second manegar leaned against the pharmacy "jimmy" ask if he is on lunch and he says no just conversing with the druggest i proceed to explain to him what happened he says oh well your on your own using the self check.Not offering to try talking to his employee not offering to do anything . Agravated i leave and upon returning this morning i try to tslk to the first manegar i spoke to yesterday n explain to her theres no way i could be the only one having problems with this employee she says that "jimmy" hsd taking money to the bank and upon his return i could try to explain my problem with him. I sat in my car outside watching "jimmy" clean his truck ,wiping the dash ,picking up stuff in the truck. After watching this about 20min. Disappointed i leave feeling thete allowing that employee to harras n belittle me to tne point ive got to drive 20 miles out of my way to shop.
