Needed a cap, asked to check ins. Yes covered. Paid my part. Received $300 bill. No authorization!!

was unable to wear dentures made in another town, was charged $450 for an adjustment and was told to call in two days since there would be more adjustments needed, also soft temporary lining. dds said she would get me back in after wearing the dentures for a couple of days, was unable to wear them and could not eat with them....told this when i called two days later, then was told the dentist was busy and would get back with me, it has been two weeks and no call back from the office, then today i get a bill for 250.ARE YOU KIDDING ME? they didnt live up to their obligations and i will not pay another penny for nothing changed about my dentures,still cannot wear them. total cost if i had even got back into the office was 1200. i could have new teeth made for that amount. this place is a scam....and not sure why i was ignored except that i do not have insurance they can soak for more money. harder for them to soak a cash paying patient.

I was told a refund would be made to my credit card several months ago. I am still waiting. I will be disputing the charges

Got to appointment and had to reschedule twice. Billed me for services I didn't receive and sat in chair for 30+ minutes waiting to have teeth cleaned. That is horrible service!

I had an interview here and didn't take it bc this place is a giant scam!!! Owned by heartland dental- and do anything they can to make a buck on you! Dr leaves people on nitrous for long amounts of time to charge more... Always recommends crowns over fillings bc this place has to make quota!! And on top of that they're always at least 1-2 hours LATE!' But if a patient is late- shame on them!! This was a horrible environment to work in!! Highly recommend finding other dentists!
