This company ruined our $150 comforter. We took it in to get dry cleaned and when we picked it up two long weeks later, it looked like they just threw it in the washer because the fluff inside got all matted up. Very uncomfortable and unacceptable. If I wanted to put it in the washing machine, I would have saved $25 and done it at home. They attempted to "fix" it by just separating the matted areas by hand, which didn't work out too well, and also left our comforter not so comfortable. When asked what they were going to do about this, all the owner said was he could refund our money. He was very rude and had no concern for the issue. As if the $25 we got back will buy a new comforter. I would avoid this dry cleaners at all cost! If they can't dry clean something as simple as a comforter properly, I'd hate to see what they do to other items. Go somewhere else!!
