I needed to have my iPhone looked at due to the sound not working when using the phone. I made an appointment via the Apple app- I was greeted and checked in upon arrival, seen for a consultation and diagnostics within a few minutes after arrival, and the problem was resolved! My phone’s speaker was cleaned; my phone was as good as new. (Best Buy had previously run the diagnostics and said that I needed a full unit replacement:-/). I was out of the store within 15 minutes! Staff was friendly, helpful and polite. This was a great experience.
