The day of my wedding, the site coordinator promised me a few things... she would be there by 2pm to make sure things were in order, promised table and chair set up from their staff, promised lights strung in the trees, closing the venue by 3pm for a private event starting at 5, which was stated on the door and on their facebook page the same day.



The groom and his party had to go assist with set up, forgoing their limo drive to the winery!!! Toca's coordinator did not show up till 4PM!!! She NEVER APOLOGIZED, nor did the owner! They allowed guests to taste wine till 4pm and was upset that the I, the bride, was trying to close the doors to complete set up! Where was their coordinator??? The venue was very unorganized, the bar tender was rude to my guests, seemed put out to serve them and Toca was over-priced. I don't feel we were given the customer service a paying bride and groom deserves. I would not recommend anyone to have any type of private event there!
