Madelia High School serves the educational needs of students in grades seven through 12 and is located in Madelia, Minn. Its core curriculum includes math, science, social studies and language arts. It also offers advanced classes in anatomy, advanced biology, physics and calculus. It offers courses in agricultural science, computer technology, industrial technology, business, and family and consumer science. It provides classes for English language learners and special education services. It offers humanity electives in instrumental and choral music, visual arts and Spanish. It has a computer lab, Macintosh lab, AutoCAD lab, fitness center and weight room. Its sports program includes football, cross country, volleyball, soccer, basketball, wrestling and golf.
