I used Perscion Spine before and did not have any problems but now they have a new doctor that I don't like. He never examine me and the nurse just took my vital signs and my complaints. The doctor did visit me and told me what they were going to do and then left the room. That was in April but my surgery isn't scheduled until July. You can never get anyone to answer any of the phones at the office here in Lufkin, and you always have to leave a message in the Tyler office and they might not get back to you until the next day. I know they have a lot of patients but come on now we are the ones paying their salaries and we should at lease speak to a live person. I thought I had an appointment today but could not find out for sure as nobody answered my phone call. Usually they call you the day before to remind you of your appointment and I didn't get a call so I guess my date was wrong.
