If you need to be somewhere on time, don't use this cab service. I needed a 10 minute ride to an appointment, so I called 4 hours ahead of time, and asked for a cab to come an hour and a half before my appointment, just to be careful in case they were late. Dispatch said they knew exactly where my address was and said they didn't need directions. When they didn't show up, I called and dispatch claimed that there are two streets with the same name, but not to worry because the driver would be there in a few minutes. A half hour later and still no cab. So I called and told them if the driver wasn't close to just tell me, because I couldn't miss this appointment and it was only a 30 minute walk, dispatch told me he was literally turning the corner to my street. Another half hour goes by without the cab showing up. I was told that I had missed my appointment, so I called dispatch to cancel and the dispatcher swore at me and hung up for canceling. Use Uber instead.

Called this company for a SAFE ride home only to have a guy show up in my assessment either drunk or on drugs. Couldn't even say my address back to me without slurring his words. In the spirit of being safe I chose not to drive. This is my second bad experience with this company as they over charge for a very short distance and are not capable of providing the service of a SAFE ride home. I will NEVER use this company going forward and will make sure anyone else I know never does either. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED of themselves. THANK YOU TOWN TAXI for the service they provided. DO NOT EVER CALL THIS COMPANY

Worst taxi service I have ever had. The driver didn't know where my location was, though I was in Lowell, at a major hospital, it took him over a half an hour to get to us, and then after a 4 mile taxi ride proceeded to tell me that it would be 50 dollars.... FOR A 4 MILE TAXI RIDE! How these people are a legitimate business makes absolutely no sense to me. If it were possible to give them negative stars for a rating, I would say even that was too generous
