They are now closed. They blew it when they downgraded their menu. Could not compete with others.

Absolutely Awful! One star is two too many! Starting with no signage listing the price of the grossly overpriced drinks, then when I pay over $2 for a small glass of tea I at least expect to get refills without having to chase down a manager to get him to get a server. They describe their new system of having only servers order steaks as the "best of both worlds" but what we get is the WORST of both worlds - slow service, improperly cooked steaks, and a poorly stocked buffet. All three soup items were AT LEAST a week old, already simmered down to just a disgusting paste in the bottom of each container. There were no fried potatoes on the buffet; they did eventually put out some barely warm tater tots. The shredded lettuce was soaked in a pan full of water. No popcorn shrimp; no tuna salad or chicken salad. Less than half the dessert choices that used to be offered; no identification of any sugar free dessert items. They ran completely out of plates on the buffet. Overall fewer items on the buffet than in the past. Service on "to order" steaks was ridiculously slow even after the server finally took an order. The first time I ordered a steak medium rare and a baked potato - I eventually got a steak medium rare and a roll (no baked potatoes available!) - the second time I had to get a manager just to get a server, I ordered a steak medium rare, I eventually got a steak medium WELL (very close to Well Done). No more than half the tables were occupied so the restaurant was not nearly busy enough to explain the atrocious service and poorly stocked buffet at 7:30-8:30pm on a Thursday. This Ryans is over 24 miles (a half-hour drive) one way from my house -- it used to be worth the trip, now I wouldn't have my dog eat there if we were already in the parking lot and starving. Manager was not even apologetic about the problems, he just told me to be quiet then found a server to get me a drink refill and take my steak order.
