If you ever have a need for an auction company, be sure to pass this by. I thought after talking to the owner and wife at different times and basically getting the same answer I thought this was a stable company. But guess what they are dishonest as all the rest. I got moved and then had a problem with what they had told me. I called to see if they were going to do the right thing and guess what not a chance in hell of that happening. Do yourself a favor please pass this place by and if you do decide on a auction place make sure it's all in black and white.

This might be a good place for SOME buyers (read what people write on google reviews), but like many others, we placed over 50 valuable dolls (antiques and rarities), roughly valued at over $2000, and helped these people load them into their car while we were given a smiling happy spin on things. Four months later, after many attempts and mostly failures to contact them, after we request a return of the dolls, we are told they were ALL sold, and enclosed was a check for $159. As other angry customers have said, these people prey on especially estates of collectibles, probably sell these dolls to their family and friends at ridiculous prices, so they can resell them again for the proper price through their connections, and through websites like eBay. We were also kept OUT of the auction (which apparently was held a week after we started demanding answers, though we have no proof of this), despite being promised to be notified in order to promote it through our connections. They may seem nice, and claim to be Christian, but BEWARE. They're a bad lot, and you're likely to lose far more than you might potentially gain.

Great auction, extremely helpful staff and a wide range of items.

This auction house deceived us. We left a complete set of 12 "Brides of America dolls" for the doll auction. We were told that it should bring in decent money and were informed that people spend thousands of dollars when they come to the doll auction. When it came time for our dolls to be auctioned off, they started the bidding for all 12 dolls at $5. It sold for $35. The entire collection!!! These dolls were originally bought at $55 each and we had the original certificate of authenticity. Needless to say, the auction house deceived us. We were able to buy the dolls back from the person who won the bid, and when I tried to leave, the staff attempted to stop me from leaving. I told them I had made a deal with the owner and they were mine. They tried to stop me but I was able to get the dolls out before more staff members tried to detain me falsely.
