      Thoroughly enjoyed the experience at Tatsu. The staff were polite and patient. Parking was easy and validated behind the building. The food was prepared fresh, and delivered warm and quickly. Loved the tablets to order from, quickly getting seated, and because I'd paid at the tablet, I could leave straight away afterwards.

      Tatsu is the brainchild of .ange. and Tommy Nadeau who fell in love with Tokyo and its lively ramen scene. Tatsu's iconic taste started with recipes that .ange. created in her home kitchen and was perfected by ramen experts, who flew in from Japan, through the customization of personal tastes and preferences. Meat lover, vegan, and gluten-free foodies can now happily enjoy a hearty bowl of ramen side by side. The umami broths are made every day in-house from scratch and take at least 14 hours to complete - keeping the good ol' tradition of food made with integrity and love.
