      Exceptional is the key word,

      QIO is Quality and uniqueness combined. The clothes are sleek and special (from the boxes they come in to the bottoms of the shoes, sooo cute!!). The art gallery is also special and Unique..with nail polish paintings!! galore (including a hand painted guitar...all nail polish, by one of the artists on exhibit).
