The people are so friendly and super helpful. I bought my hot tub here (Sundance Certa), and both the shopping and installation experience were very pleasant. A husband and wife team owns the company. They seem to have a small staff that helps them. During the installation, Ruben the husband was present, and helped me pick a good spot for the tub. I didn't need to know anything really; they helped me figure out the best hot tub for the way I wanted to use it, without overselling me something too expensive. There are a lot of options that can get very confusing and I felt the choices I was guided to end up working very well for me. I've had my hot tub for over a year now, and it's working like a charm! Thing to note about Sundance hot tubs are you shouldn't slack too much on the chemical treatments. The filter needs to be kept pretty clean.

Everything went great and I love my spa. The people are amazing here. Bottom Line - call Pacific Spa and save yourself a lot of trouble.

Great experience all around. We had heard about this company while we lived up north and felt comfortable going back to where we knew. Anyway, Robin was great and Reuben was great. I needed the old spa removed, some cement work, and some electrical work. They were able to handle everything smoothly and very efficiently. All workers and people working with them were superb. The spa looks good and works perfectly.

Flawless service and products. I had a tough install at my home they had to lower the spa into my elevated deck. Rubin and his team showed up on time evaluated the situation never complained and got the spa dropped in on the first try. Even with the difficulty of the install they never asked for any additional funds. It was a used recertified spa that I bought from Robin. The spa has worked perfectly and I decided to use their weekly spa service. For the last six months they have never missed a week, cleaned the cover, checked the chemicals, filled with water absolutely perfect. Good luck finding a better company. When I get another spa this is where I will go back to.

I called someone to see what was wrong they said I needed a pump that would cost $645. Then I called Greg at Pacific Spas and he sent someone over the next day who said the spa was working perfectly. WE NEVER NEEDED A PUMP. Did a quick fix and it was working perfectly. Honest people.
