Rv was nice but the management is horrible I paid got deposit a month ago and then they say they don't do refunds on deposits till a day after return. All fine and dandy but here we are a week later and still no refund I call and they tell me it's not their problem they did their job. I call my bank and they say no refund is even pending. I call back to tell them and they say our creditor says is going through some security issue but that it should go through but yet continue to tell me its not on them. Then they just hang up on me. I will never do business again.
