      General Info
      The Book Shelf was established in 1974. Gail Smith bought the business in 1988. The Book Shelf carries a large selection of used paperback and some hardback books. We also carry some new books. We are located on Gilmer Road ,1/2 mile north of Loop 281,next door to AutoZone and across from WalMart.

      We Sell & Trade.. Most used books are half price..Internet Book Searches are available..We have a large selection of used paperback and some hardback books.. We sell bookmarks, Book Mates, and Hardbacker book covers. Senior Tuesday, 55 and older get an extra 10% off your used book purchase.
