nice building clean and no wait. the staff was friendly and professional. the check up was thorough but I had to call them to get my test results. overall id rate them four stars.

They owe me over $500 dollars and they won't give it to me. They charged me up front for everything even though I have health insurance and promised me a refund and now they won't give it to me. I've been chasing them around for almost two months now. Two thumbs down.

I came here for a very bad ingrown toenail. At the moment dr.allen was not on site he was doing he rounds at the hospital next door . It took a while and I got called into a room a very nice female dr came to do my procedure. She was very nice and friendly and made me laugh. She was so helpful and did the procedure as quick as I thought it would take . I definitely recommend this urgent care place. It took a while to wait but it was soo worth it !

The medical assistants were polite and quick in their service. Dr. Allen was very thorough and nice in addressing my son's issue.I had to wait a little longer but it was worth it.

I was not feeling well on a Friday and called around to locate a urgent care, my first stop was Lakewood, CA, they were not excepting new patients at that time. So I finally located one in long beach, is where I reside. I found the facility a well kept and friendly atmosphere, however, I was charged for my copy: $100.00 upfront, which I was required to pay at that time. My copay per my insurance was only $30.00. I found it very difficult to retrieve my refund. After several calls, to them and obtaining info from my insurance carrier, which paid the urgent care in a timely manner. I was left a call to pickup my refund check to return back to my Flex plan card. I called the very next day and ask if they could mail my check and they said no I would have to come in to pickup! I am not a happy satisfied customer, and I work in a large major health care company. I would no t refer this urgent care to any of my friends or family and will never go there again! Thanks

I scrambled to find an urgent care facility for my cousin who is attending Cal State Long Beach (and parents do not live in area), for an ear infection. My intuition and knowledge that t was across from Memorial Hosp. led me to this Urgent Care (with nothing else to go by!). Very clean, nicely decorated, knowledgable and efficient staff. Took some time with insurance confirmation (to their credit, it was just the bureacracy) but did so with patience, kindness and determination. Dr. Allen was efficient and has one of the best bed-side manors I have ever come across. Explained everything (evaluation and medication) in very approachable/lay-person terms. I have every confidence to tell her parents that this is a place she can feel comfortable coming to if she has any non-emergency urgent care while she is away from home at school. My experience is that it was clearly evident that Dr. Allen and his staff are very caring and kind and look to the welfare of their patients.
