      Established in 1984, Southern Preservation Systems is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ketom Construction and provides structural protection, repair and renovation solutions. It offers a wide range of services that include leak repair, wet sealing, elastomeric coatings, slab jacking, historical restoration and damp proofing services. Southern Preservation Systems also offers concrete repair and restoration, and building diagnosis, testing and evaluation services. Its other services include stone restoration, foundation, terra cotta and crack repair, facade stabilization and epoxy injection services. Additionally, the company provides chemical resistant flooring and seismic control services. Southern Preservation Systems is a member of the Business Owners and Managers of Atlanta, the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Georgia Chamber of Commerce. The company is located in Loganville, Ga but services all of Georgia and the Southeast.
