      very direct, no bones about it attitude. Problem getting paperwork out of him and staff to another

      I liked his way, with no babying nor hand holding. Tells it like it is (usually) though in my case he was mistaken and admitted it. At times, it seems there are many different faces and different people shuffeling your paperwork, twice mine was misplaced in a two week period. If I needee a surgery, I would feel confident if he was.
