Kind respectful funny good service

If I could give zero stars, I would. Went to this store to find an xbox 360 headset for my son. I was sold a set that they said would plug directly into the console. Well, they were wrong - and I found out only after I opened the item and realized it required a $20 adapter. I had since purchased a plug and play headset at Gamestop - no issues. When trying to return - the NEXT day - I was told to contact the manufacturer as they cannot process refunds at the store. When the manufacturer redirected me to the store, the store "manager" then went on to tell me that no store would give me a refund (comparing to WalMart, Costco, etc) - as if I was just born yesterday! He defended the fact his employees provided false advice and would not take back the headphones nor issue a store credit. The worst customer experience/service ever. Don't purchase a thing at this place - take it where your business would be appreciated. Certainly not at the GamePlay in Livonia!

This place is awful, they will basically rob you blind. I was sold the wrong call of duty, the one without the remastered MWF4 and I went to return it immediately. I was told they could give me 28$ store credit for it and I would have to pay the 80$ for the remastered version instead of just upgrading.

In this store, the cashier told me that because the GUITAR HERO 2 for PS2 was "BLACK LABEL" (ooh aah!) which meant it was "EXTREMELY RARE" that it was $45.99 and that he was practically "giving it away at that price". Was it because I was over 40 and he thought I didn't know better? I don't know. Also Ratchet and Crank Going Commando for PS2 with a scratchy disc and no manual was $54.75 due to being "extremely rare". And no, I didn't buy anything. I can hardly think of anything more common than Guitar Hero 2 for PS2 and is a couple of dollars at most anywhere else. They will tell you even the most common stuff is holy grail rare!

I have been in this store a few times and have bought nothing. They barely have anything in stock, the service is horrible, and the staff is clueless. Go to gamestop....
