Avoid At All Costs!!!Went to bears to get my interior wiped down before going on a trip. $39.99 for a wash with interior wipe down. 20 mins or so later retrieved my car and the interior was just as dirty a when I arrived. I drove around to the worker who sold me the wash and was told if I wanted it cleaned I needed to buy a detailing!! WTF! $6.99 wash was never offered to me and I suspect that review is Bear's owner or an employee.

I'm always fairly happy with there service. When I wash close to home I wash at The Wave in Westminster and when I wash near work I wash here. Thanks

Our experience at Bear Valley was less than desirable. Our Escalade came off the assembly line with a dent, (crinkle) on the passenger side door. The management team refuses to claim responsibility for the accident. They have handled the aftermath very unprofessional

I went to Bear's Car Wash on 6/4/12 @ 3:10pm. I took my brand new 2012 Toyota 4 Runner there after a weekend trip on dirt roads. Paid the 47.95 for a full outside/inside detail.Once the people were completing the drying, I went to inspect the car. I noted scratches on the front left, front left tire well, down the left side, the bugs were not washed off, as well dog hair remained on the inside. I complained to the Car Wash Manager Roosmel. He ARGUED with me that the car wash could not cause scratches and that I went to the car before called / they were finished ! I informed him that this was a brand new SUV, no where was I near anything that could do a wrap around scratch such as the one present on my SUV but the round brushes within the car wash that wrap around the front and down the sides of cars within the wash. He continued to ARGUE with me that no way could the car wash cause scratches. I requested a refund. The inside cashier told me only the manager could authorize. Roosmel ARGUED with me that he could not authorized although the cashier said he could. I informed Roosmel that the first thing he should have learned is to NEVER ARGUE with a customer. He said that they wish to know that every customer was satisfied before leaving. I let him know that I was NOT satified and that I will be making a review on the internet, how powerful the internet is, and he should reconsider his actions. This was a brand new SUV !!

this car wash was great. I would highly recommend it to others!!! They did a great job cleaning my car they went beyond my expectations, and the people there were super friendly!
