Excellent service. My 3 dogs look great when they leave!

Have had our standard poodle in several times. They do a great job grooming and boarding!

I just had my Scottie groomed at Dog House. Have been going there for years. He is absolutely perfect! He doesn't even look like the same dog. He loves it there, too! Dizzy always comes home a little spunkier after being groomed by the pros at Dog House! Thank you for the great care you show my furry friend! We'll be back soon!

I have two Standard Poodles and the groomer Kathleen had her own shop a few years back and had been grooming one of my girls for about 6 years and I just love. She moved out of state for a while but is now back in Little Rock working at the Dog House. I could not be happier. No one can do my girls better than Kathleen. She really takes time to fluff their ears and tails. The girls love her so I know she must be gentle with them. The negative reviews here are all pretty old. My experience since November of 2009 has been excellent. Everyone I have come into contact with has been friendly and helpful. My only negative is the parking situation.

My dogs were frightened to be brushed after going there! Groomer cut 1/2 muzzle off and didn't mention it when I picked them up. When asked, the manager said "her table is in a really dark area"... huh? Do not take your dogs there, period. Cheap isn't everything. This place has a VERY high groomer turnover rate for a reason!

I have no idea what is going on with the critical review I just read about The Dog House. They do an excellent job on our three guys (German Shepherd, Maltipoo, & Toy Poodle). They're always well groomed and they smell clean and wonderful when we pick them up after bathing & grooming - and I'm VERY particular about how they look and how clean they are all the time. The gentleman there is always very helpful and will carry your pet out to the car for you - he certainly is NOT creepy. With three dogs we are in & out of there a lot because they get dirtly quickly and are soon on their way back for another bath. They don't mind it all and if they don't like a place or the people we can easily tell by their actions. We avoid some boarding facilities in town for that very reason. Ours board at Canine Country Club where they can run & play on acres of property and have plenty of room in their kennel at night. But when it comes to bathing and grooming The Dog House is wonderful!!!

I'm new to town and was searching for a good groomer to maintain my two westies. This was by far, the worst they've ever been groomed. My dogs smelled awful AFTER I picked them up. It's as if they wet them with water, let them air dry and brushed them. The day care's foul odor left me thinking about the type of pet owners that would leave their dog in a place that stinks so badly. Of course, I felt pretty bad myself for even taking mine to be groomed in a place that smelled like that. All I can say is don't be fooled by the lobby or location. The Heights appears to be a small community that boasts the best of the city's chic but quaint boutiques, restaurants and personal services. However, the Dog House B&G salon has proven that everything in the Heights isn't grand. This is a definite "no-go" for Little Rock groomers.

its dirty and smelly and the grooming there is not what i'm used to, my dog looks ridculous and she wasn't even very clean.also the man there is creepy.

The facility is disgusting. Looks like a fire hazard with extension cords everywhere. The grooming done on my dog probably could have been done better by my three year old. I give them an F for customer service... don't go there, ever!
