Courtney Forte, MD is a physician with Ascension Medical Group. Dr. Forte is board-certified in Family Medicine. He provides acute, chronic, and preventative care to the entire family. Dr. Forte has a special interest in sports medicine and infectious diseases. He wants to make sure patients' concerns are being addressed.
