I know no one is perfect in any way but when something is done wrong it needs to be fixed. I got a temporary crown in 17 days ago and it broke eating a soft and juicy piece of chicken and my vacation starts in 16 hours. I warned the dentist prior to attempting the original temporary that I would prefer to wait until after my vacation in case something goes wrong but no, they convinced me everything would be ok. Well, its not. Now I have to rush a bunch of dental work, get a new crown put in with less than a day before my vacation. I got an infection the first time which the doctors dropped antibiotics on most likely from a reaction to the nova cane so now I also have to deal with a possible infection while on vacation. Why don't doctors or dentists just LISTEN to their patients and try to do what the customer think is best for them. They do not and this irks me a little. Doctors need to start listening to us and not to their bottom line or the pharmaceuticals pushing them to sell more. Lindstrom Family Dentistry Is normally a great company but this time they ignored me and the warnings I gave them, they convinced me to go through with a procedure I knew could turn bad and now I am rushed to fix it and deal with the consequences. I have had to reschedule work, accept their terms once more and hopefully they get it right this time. I will probably get dropped from their cliental list for voicing my thoughts but honestly I am curious how long this post lasts. I DO like them over all as they have done great work for the family but this is the first time I have had a problem and a lot of times the problems show what type of a company they are. Lets see how it is handled now that I have changed my work schedule and preplanned an entire day to fix this issue they created.
