Hello, I am VERY CONCERNED about the Lincoln, NE location! Seriously!!!! Von Maur is my most favorite place to shop, I love the selection and it is an upscale store where upper class people shop. COMPLAINT!!! What has happened to this location/store???? When I go there now I feel like I'm SOUTH OF THE BORDER!!!! The class of the employees that are working there has really gone down!!! FYI - I know a lot of people that shop there and they all feel the same. Mr. VonMaur or upper corporate management really needs to go in there and get Von Maur back to the classy place people want it to be. I still shop there even though I don't feel the Lincoln store is what it use to be. The employees use to know people by name and same for the shoppers knowing or having a sales clerk they can count on. I have lived and shopped at Von Maur in Kansas City and Tulsa, they are nothing like Lincoln! Lincoln needs improvements!!! DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!!!
