Its rehabilitation services include physical, occupational and speech therapies. The manor also consists of a memory support household unit that provides assistance for people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementia related disorders. Milder Manor is Medicare- and Medicaid-certified and works with long-term care insurance programs. Its activities include movies, crafts, social groups, live musical entertainment, resident council meetings, community trips, and tours and picnics. It also offers a family dining room for special events and gatherings. Additionally, the manor provides assistance with daily activities, including laundry, transportation and appointment with physicians. It also consists of a beauty salon and barbershop. Milder Manor is a part of the Vetter Health Services which owns and operates more than 30 long-term care facilities in Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, Missouri and Wyoming.
