      Love...love...love this place. If you leave feeling like you didn't get a great work out...you were SLACKIN! Whether it's personal training, group fitness classes, or massage, The Performance Health Studio rocks. I'm always looking forward to the next class/session. Just bring your motivation, they'll take care of the rest.
