Our optometric practice was started in Liberal during the 1960's by Dr. James Parsons. The practice was purchased by Dr. Jim Jury in 1988. Dr. Jeff Hill practiced with Dr. Jury during the 1990's. Dr. Ryan Farrar purchased the practice from Dr. Jury in 2005. Dr. Elizabeth Green joined the practice in 2013.
