Provided by YP.comLexington BQ alias Honey Monk is wonderful. It is pork shoulders cooked slow over Hickory Wood and based with a tomato, vinegar and spice sause. It is not beef, chicken, ribs or brisket. The slaw is also vinegar, light tomato and spices; it is not white slaw. Hot sauce is medium hot tomato, vinegar, and spices; thin not thick or pasty.
If you are looking for anything else you need to eat somewhere else or do a little research on just what you will be eating (menu)/homework before you go somewhere to eat.
Lexington BQ is what it is..."Lexington Style BQ"!

Provided by YP.comFor those expecting standard 'pulled pork' or some other substitution (Texas style, Kansas Ciy, etc.), this will be different. But the difference is worth tasting. This is an acquired taste, but for those who have chased good barbecue all over the world, search no more. This is delicious, tasty, tangy, yet simple. Expect long lines at mealtime, but wait and enjoy for youselves. You will never find better anwhere.

They are always friendly an willing to lend their attention to u. An the owner an his family works just as
hard as the rest, he not scared to work an everyone knows that.
I believe they are where they are cause they all work together an help one another at all times, they put
their customer first.
