Lexington Therapeutic Massage is a full service massage therapy clinic staffed by nationally certified massage therapists who will work with you to identify the source of your pain and develop a strategy to address you muscular needs. We believe that good therapy starts with communication and that treatment doesn't end when the session does. It is our philosophy to not only treat the problem through a combination of techniques but also to design a program to promote health, well being, and rejuvenation through self care between visits. We specialize in a unique blend of myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and active isolated stretching. Through a combination of these and other techniques our therapists work to effect long term change and our sincere concern is for the well being of your body and mind.
