When the service works, it is great. Not so reliable, outages once a week or so. Not very responsive to inquiries regarding new service setup-you really have to stay on them. When service is out, support is pretty well non existent and does not return calls although the outgoing message says there is a tech on call, don't believe it. It had taken days in several instances for outages to be fixed. I've called countless times over the past 4 years with service problems and have yet to have one phone call returned. Unfortunately, options are scarce for internet service in rural areas but as soon as something more reliable becomes available, we will be gone.
