We heard about B and W from some friends and when we ran into car trouble we took our elantra to them. They were incredibly helpful and honest with us. You can tell they are honest when they talk to you about what happened and what they are charging you for. Their pricing is better than you are going to find anywhere. On top of it all, they offered to give me a ride home while my car was being fixed. I would recommend these guys to anyone in the Lexington area.

We have truly had such a difficult time finding an automotive/repair place we like, but from now on we will be going to B & W. I had heard fabulous things from a very close friend of mine, so we decided to check them out when the A/C quit working in my Honda Odyssey. After getting a quote from Honda for over $900, B&W did the work for less than half of that. They are friendly, honest, knowledgable people. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

My wife and I took her car (Honda Accord) to the Honda dealership to get an unrelated problem taken care of, and they said that they noticed the front brake pads were "completely gone" and would need to be repaired immediately (by them of course!) They said it would cost $220 to replace the pads. We ended up taking the car to B&W and they took a look at it for us. They found out that the front pads were pretty bad, but the back pads (which the Honda dealership didn't even look at) were completely gone! We had them replace both the front and the back pads (with the same Honda pads the dealership was going to use) and got an oil change, all for just under $300! They took care of it and we picked the car up the same day we dropped it off. The staff was friendly and answered all questions. Overall it was a great deal, we will definitely be using B&W in the future, especially since they're backed by the SuperGuarantee!
